Meet Laura
Laura Catron was raised in Santa Barbara, California, the only girl of 5 children. Earning a degree in Philosophy and English from the University of Portland, Oregon, Laura continued on to law school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington where she met her husband, Kevin. After practicing Real Estate Law in Denver, Laura left the practice behind to move overseas with Kevin after he joined the Air Force as a JAG. In the following years, Laura raised 3 children while working as an online law professor for Kaplan or Purdue University.
As a prior real estate attorney, entrepreneur, and military spouse, Laura Catron brings a unique and powerful skill set to real estate. Laura’s legal background provides a strong edge for successful negotiations and working with real estate contracts. She thrives on the challenge of finding answers and solving problems, which inspired the creation of her company.
When Laura’s young son was diagnosed with severe food intolerances, she faced the daunting challenge of finding safe food that would allow him to feel “normal”. Realizing other parents faced the same stress and lack of options for a solution, Laura started a specialized allergy-friendly food company, consistently selling out on Amazon. She utilizes this innovation and problem-solving skillset with every client.
As a military spouse, relocating 9 times in 17 years, Laura has mastered the art of adaptation to unpredictable circumstances, an invaluable asset when navigating real estate transactions. She is passionate about helping people to achieve their desired outcomes. In her downtime, Laura loves spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and watching old movies. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, their 3 children, 4 pets, and periodic foster kittens.
